South Shore Farmer Brew Fest & Holiday Markets to Kick Off the Season

October 23, 20251 min read

It’s odd that most South Shore locals have never heard of The Farmer Brew Fest in Bridgewater — it’s 20 minutes away, yet tucked into a riverside corner you’d never stumble across without an invite. Hosted by the small-batch breweries themselves, the festival skips splashy marketing and builds loyalty the old-fashioned way: through word-of-mouth and really good beer.

🍻 What Makes It Different

Where mega-fests chase volume, this one celebrates “farmer-to-pint.” Each brewer grows some of their own hops, grains, or fruit — so you’ll taste a literal harvest in every pour. Add local food trucks, acoustic sets, and pumpkin-season décor along Town River Landing, and you’ve got that “small town meets craft culture” magic.
