About Ryan Cook
Ryan Cook has been a full-time Realtor since 2009 after a successful career as an IP Communications Systems and Software engineer. After spending time with both RE/MAX and Keller Williams, Ryan opened his own brokerage, First Class Realty Group. In 2020, he partnered with HomeSmart International to bring the first HomeSmart franchise to MA.
Education
Ryan graduated from the United States Coast Guard Academy with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He has also completed numerous professional technical certifications. After 15 years as both a systems and software engineer in IP communications, he decided he needed to make a more positive impact on his local community.
It wasn’t enough to just have his real estate license. Ryan also obtained his builder’s licenses so that he could comment intelligently about home construction, renovation, and structure. He has built a number of homes in the area and still actively remodels and renovates for both clients and himself.
He has also completed numerous digital marketing certifications through Digital Marketer.
Ryan’s goal is always to share as much as he can so you can make the right decision for you and is why he’s such an avid learner.

Below is a map of the areas Ryan has sold over the last few years in Massachusetts. Most of his work is in the 495/95/24 corridor and, as you can see, he gets referred pretty far and wide… as far as Worcester and Springfield to the Lower Cape. He doesn’t make a habit of going that far but will for special clients… especially fellow veterans.
Ryan is also a licensed broker in RI and has been since 2013. He grew up in Tiverton, RI and still has friends and family in the Greater Fall River area. Having his RI license is also helpful for clients looking along the 195/95 corridor and in the North Attleboro/Plainville/Franklin/Bellingham area as prices in RI can be significantly lower than across the state line in MA. Ryan’s RI sales are not reflected in the above map.
Family and Organizations
Ryan has been married since 1997 to his wife, Janet. They have 3 kids – Dylan (1999), Kyra (2001), and Bryn (2003) and they live in Easton, MA.
He currently serve as the Vice Chair of the Zoning Board of Appeals for Easton. He’s also been very active in many local charitable groups – Easton Lions Club, Easton Grange, Easton Recreational Basketball League, and Easton Youth Baseball to name a few.
Ryan currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Realtor Association of Southeastern MA and is a member in good standing of the MA Association of Realtors (MAR), RI Association of Realtors (RIAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR). He’s also in the MAR Leadership Academy and has applied to be on the Massachusetts Licensing Board for Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons.
